How ReCo protects your images and other data
We want to help you understand how ReCo processes your personal data, as well as your options for managing it. It's also important that you know how ReCo protects your images.
You'll find all this information in our privacy policy below.
The following bullets highlight a few key details about the app and our security measures:
- ReCo is a photo automatic correction app. It enhances and corrects photos by improving aspects such as color accuracy, resolution, sharpness, and print-readiness.
- ReCo's technologies are not used to identify or authenticate people in the photos you upload.
- You retain full control over the photos you upload and enhance with ReCo. We don't sell, trade, or claim ownership of any of your images—whether you use ReCo to retouch, correct, or optimize them.
- Your photos are not used to train any AI technologies.
- Your photos are safeguarded with appropriate security measures, in compliance with privacy and data protection laws and industry standards. This includes encryption and secure cloud storage.

We are Binuscan, entreprise en nom personnel monégasque ("we" or "us"), the provider of the ReCo application ("app"). With this privacy policy, we'll explain how we process the personal data of users ("user" or "you") of the ReCo app, or those who otherwise interact with us.
We provide this privacy policy in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), the Monaco Data Protection Act, and other applicable local laws, as amended or replaced (collectively, "applicable privacy laws").
1. Data Controller and Contact

2. Categories of Personal Data that We Collect, Purposes and Legal Bases for Our Processing
We process the following categories of personal data, for the purposes and on the legal bases indicated below. Please note that not all of the below information may be deemed personal data in your jurisdiction in all cases.

3. Data Storage and Protection
Personal data may be processed by both automated and non-automated means and stored at our premises and on our service providers' servers.
We adopt technical and organizational measures designed to prevent the loss, improper use, and alteration of your personal data. These measures may include encryption and pseudonymization. However, transmissions over the Internet are never 100% secure, and you should avoid providing data if you want to exclude any risk.
Retention:
- Data used for core app functions and customer support is kept as long as necessary to provide the service and up to 10 years after contract termination.
- Data used for improvement, analysis, or marketing is kept until you object or up to 2 years from termination.
- Data subject to legal obligations may be kept longer if required by law.
4. Your Choices with Regard to the Use of Your Personal Data
- Certain data (see Section 2.a, 2.e) is mandatory to use the app. Without it, you cannot access its services.
- Where processing is based on legitimate interest (see Section 2.b, 2.c, 2.f), you may object at any time.
- Where processing is based on consent (e.g. optional notifications), you may withdraw consent at any time.
- You can also manage how you share certain information by adjusting your device's privacy settings.
5. Sharing Your Personal Data
We may share your personal data with:
- Vendors acting as processors (e.g. IT, hosting, analytics).
- Advisors or potential purchasers in case of corporate transactions.
- Public authorities, if required by law.
We do not sell or trade your personal data.
6. Transfers of Personal Data Outside the EEA
If personal data is transferred from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to countries outside, such transfers will be safeguarded in accordance with Applicable Privacy Laws (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions).
7. Your Rights
You may exercise the following rights at any time, free of charge:
- Right of access, rectification, erasure.
- Right to restriction of processing.
- Right to data portability.
- Right to object (including to direct marketing).
- Right to withdraw consent (without affecting past lawful processing).
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Data Protection Authority.

8. Children's Personal Data
The app is not intended for anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn that a user is under 16, we will delete their data.
9. Third-Party Websites and Services
The app may include links to websites or services operated by third parties. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party services, and we are not responsible for their actions or policies.
10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may modify, integrate or update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be notified by revising the "last updated" date, and in some cases, by pop-up, push notification, or email.
